Besides choosing the most suitable bedding items, their proper cleaning is equally very important. With regular cleaning we can prevent the establishment of germs, mould and dust-mite and thus prevent re-infection in case of diseases or allergic symptoms. Please read the handling information carefully before cleaning the product and follow the instructions.

A few tips on cleaning:

• Feather/down products:
  The life-span of feather products can be lengthened by daily shaking and airing. Do not expose them to extreme sunshine and let a specialist do the cleaning unless the handling information mentions that they are home washable. Naturtex also offers you products especially designed for being home-washable.
  
• Wool products:
  Wool filled or covered products can – except otherwise declared - only be dry-cleaned. Woollen beddings can emit the smell of natural wool when getting into contact with steam or in case of a heavily sweating user. Airing them in fresh (preferably dry) air can solve the problem.
  
• Polyester products:
  The Naturtex products made of polyester can all be cleaned at home. The washing degree can be 30, 40, 60- or even 95oC depending on the material of the cover and the filling. In case of severe allergic symptoms it is advisory to clean it regularly (monthly or every second month)
